Optima Tax Relief is a tax resolution (tax representation) firm that helps people solve their IRS tax problems. We work to build relationships with our clients and the IRS alike so we can offer representation to taxpayers with a variety of tax complaints. Our potential clients are in need of a number of services, including but not limited to the following:

  • Help with IRS tax audits
  • Filing past-due tax returns
  • Removing an IRS levy or federal tax lien
  • Setting up tax payment plans
  • Removing wage garnishment
  • Filing an offer in compromise

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Full Time Investigation Power of Attorney (POA) Team Associate:

  • Prioritize case load and work assignment
  • Obtain source documents when necessary 
  • Make Corrections on POA, or create a new POA
  • Send updated/new POA to client and ask them to sign
  • Upload corrected POA to client file, and send to appropriate department

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to Multi-task and Work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail
  • Shift between 8am-5pm, M-F
