Summary of Role

As a Client Data Analyst, you will be the first to handle each case after a Tax Associate has enrolled a new lead and prior to proceeding new client’s case to the Servicing Division. You will be reviewing the case notes for all new and existing cases to determine what documentation is required in order to assist the potential client or existing client to continue to move forward with their case, this while following all case sensitive protocols. You are expected to communicate with Tax Associates via email in order to obtain any additional or missing documentation, notation, or possible exceptions that may be necessary in order to proceed with a case. You will also be responsible for completing and providing productivity reports and opportunities for the Sales and Servicing Divisions. As a team, we do not make direct contact with the clients; therefore, our clients are our staff. It is essential that accuracy and proficiency is reflected in all tasks and responsibilities in a timely matter. This will be a demanding and critical position and exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, time management and team work are essential.

 

  • Assist the Sales division with case and document revision
  • Create a Client Data Folder for each client and upload all necessary client documentation portraying their case
  • Update and upload data in CRM system
  • Prioritize case load and assignments
  • Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excel experience preferred
  • Proficient and comfortable with office equipment (Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Work schedule set by supervisor FT (Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm)
